         <description><![CDATA[<p>I went to law school and got a law degree during  my marriage but never practiced and am now a financial planner.  My ex made me sign an agreement paying her $150K as a distribute award.  Is this valid?  Is there anyway to challenge this or am I up a creek?</p>]]></description>
