         <description><![CDATA[<p>Well, as a family law and Divorce attorney, this case is amazing to me. I believe that the outcome of this case really rested on who the Judge was, as I believe different Judges would decide this case very differently (regardless of the state of the law on Cruel and Inhuman treatment, or the lack of such). The simple fact that this sort of decision is so completely up to the discretion of the Judge hearing the case, as are all grounds controversies, and family and divorce matters, is support for no-fault divorce. This case is very interesting, I guess for it to be unsafe for him to live there next time he has to make sure she actually stabs him so he has grounds for a divorce in New York.</p>]]></description>
