You know, NYS is a tough state to divorce in. If there was no fault, I could be divorced by now. Instead, we both have to reside in the house with the children until our court date in Oct. 07. Where's the justice there?

Coleen and her husband should be happy to be in the same house with their children rather than running out on their marraige and breaking up their family. And bringing chaos into the lives of their children. Both she and her husband should reconcile for the sake of their children and stick to their vows. Divorce laws should be even stricter so that people like Colleen and her husband will think carefully before committing to marriage and children.
