are there ever cases where a judge can force the sale of a home owned by the spouses?
for example, as anohter year goes by and we are unable to agree on separation agreement and I am paying all household bills + maintenance and my own separate expenses now as well and I will have child support (3 kids), maintenance to pay, at least 1 year of paying all the bills -- it'd seem that'd be more than fair (time + money) then that the house would have to go on the market.... i'd like a home where my kids (who i see at least half the time) can stay comfortably.
