         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree that the ad only serves to diminish the industry's reputation and certainly other lawyers will look down upon this firm.</p>

<p>Of course a few might also be a tad green with envy because this type of shock marketing does get noticed and will help them obtain leads (as well as scrutiny).</p>

<p>Is it good or bad? If this firm wants to build an image as a renegade, willing to go out on the fringe...then the ad might work for this. And, the firm will continue to be talked about in blogs like this.</p>]]></description>
