         <description><![CDATA[<p>I found out that i had a child 15 yrs later.  I been paying rear and child support since I found out. Even that I am paying on it and the child has past away that mean I cant get a passport.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that in ways its a good tool BUT it also is absurd in another.  I became behind in child support while on Social Security/Unable to work.  I reported this and according to the brady amendment (I hope the guy chokes), they were supposed to modify my support and they told me that because I could not come in they could do nothing for me.</p>

<p>Now 10+ years later even though I am compliant in what the court said I had to pay each month, I am denied, EVEN THOUGH I NEED IT TO KEEP MY JOB!</p>

<p>How is that NOT a constitutional issue?</p>]]></description>
