I been paying rear and child support since I found out. Even that I am paying on it and the child has past away that mean I cant get a passport.

I became behind in child support while on Social Security/Unable to work. I reported this and according to the brady amendment (I hope the guy chokes), they were supposed to modify my support and they told me that because I could not come in they could do nothing for me.

Now 10+ years later even though I am compliant in what the court said I had to pay each month, I am denied, EVEN THOUGH I NEED IT TO KEEP MY JOB!

How is that NOT a constitutional issue?
