         <description><![CDATA[<p>NIce post.  I did one myself on 8/11, and did a piece on video visitation in May 2007, on my blog.  I am always interested in ways that the real world can impose its own solutions to problems that we in the family law field are convinced are 'intractable.'  BTW....I appear before Justice Garguilo frequently, and this opinion is par for the course for him.......practical, cut to the chase, and get to the real issue.</p>
