         <description><![CDATA[<p>Would this same senerio hold true if the parties were no married but had a child in common and a house with both of their names on the title/mortgage but the father/co-owner failed to support his child or the house for more than 5 of the 6 years the property has been owned  and on going.</p>]]></description>
