Can a prenuptial agreement be invalidated if the wife becomes disabled after the marriage and is unable to work?
I am 60, disabled and have an income of 500.00 per month from Disability Social Security. We have been married almost 20 years and I own nothing except my car. My name is not on the house deed or any of his several bank accounts.
His assets total around $500,000. He is divorcing me.
